Our Story

Back in 2016, my boss asked me to share feedback. I felt I couldn't be very sincere and imagined what it would be like if I held my boss's position and wasn’t able to receive genuine feedback.

This inspired me to build an electronic suggestion box that I named Sarahah. After consulting with others, I decided to open it to the public rather than limit it to the workplace. Sarahah skyrocketed, becoming the #1 app in more than 50 countries, including the USA, UK, and Japan. Unfortunately, it was later removed from the app stores.

Many years later, I'm back with a new feedback service. With OwlEars feedback boxes, entrepreneurs and organizations get genuine feedback straight from their customers' minds without the hassle and guided questions of surveys.
